What’s Covered

OUR 12-Month Warranty

Our 12-month warranty covers workmanship on all completed projects, including custom homes, remodels, additions, and general home repairs. If you experience an issue related to the work we performed within one year of your project’s completion, our team will assess the concern and complete any necessary repairs at no additional cost.

Craftsmanship & Structural Work

Coverage includes carpentry, framing, and other workmanship-related issues that may arise after your project is complete. We stand behind the quality of our construction and will address any concerns promptly.

Finishes & Installation Details

If trim, finish work, or installed materials show signs of defects due to workmanship, our team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure everything looks and performs as intended.

Fixtures & Hardware

Our warranty includes the installation of fixtures, hardware, and components completed by our team, ensuring reliable performance and lasting results.

What’s Not Covered:

While our warranty covers workmanship, it does not include damage or defects caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)
  • Work completed by other contractors after project completion
